Thanks a lot guys for a nice stay for Universal Studios visit. The hotel is in a fantastic location and it was minute walk from the local attractions.

Views are pretty bad.

The breakfast selection wasn't bad, but we opted for other spots, and the comfy beds were perfect after a long day at Universal Studios. The hotel was super clean, with daily room service, comfy beds for 6 of us, and even laundry facilities available. The swimming pool was a nice touch for chilling out, despite the delayed room check-in and some issues with the missing remote and slow drain. 🌴

I chose this hotel for a business meeting and it perfectly catered to my professional needs. The spacious suite provided a comfortable and quiet space to work and the shuttle service made commuting hassle-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay productive and enjoyable.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center.

Room I booked needed better cleaning, not just making beds, but it did have a kitchenette. The staff were genuinely helpful, which made everything amazing! 🌟

Great modern rooms with private bathrooms that are super clean and spacious 😀. Awesome location in the heart of things made it even better.

Universal Orlando Resort™ offers a universe of fun themed around popular TV shows and movies. The fitness center is great for burning off all the theme park snacks. The Kids Eat Free offer is a real money saver!

Oh, how I loved the aroma of filthy halls and the joy of constantly calling for towels and housekeeping. So glad English wasn't their strong suit, added to the excitement!

Perfect location for Universal parks, walkable & near transport options. A bit outdated but comfortable & clean. Enjoyed must- Visit Fridays! Great for families. I'd eagerly stay again.

We truly enjoyed very convenient restaurant.

The weather was such warm, had really nice stay for a Universal vacation. The staff was willing to help with requests. We had above average and extensive breakfast with baked potatoes and dessert.

The view of the fireworks from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and the pool view added a lovely touch to our stay. We had a memorable interaction with the friendly hotel staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The surprising thoughtful touch was the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The bathroom in the room was a bit small compared to the overall size of the room.

The room was spacious with air conditioning and provided coffee and ample storage.

The prime location for the price, really close to Universal Studios and other places as well as the local outlet mall. A nice size and well-kept units with 2 double beds.

The room at Holiday Inn & Suites Across from Universal Orlando was a really good size, with a great layout for dividing up the family into separate relaxation spots with privacy options. Although the air conditioner had a minor problem, the staff was quick to address it. The proximity to the Fridays restaurant next door was convenient, making it easy to grab a quick and delicious meal.

They knowingly placed us in the farthest room despite our needs, and the cleanliness was subpar. From stained bed sheets to mold in the bathroom, it was a letdown.

The hotel was well-maintained with amazing service. The location is incredible, really close to the parks and Universal Studios Orlando. I booked a room with nice views of the park. The staff was willing to help and recommended nearby attractions. Check-in was very quick and the staff was very courteous. No issues with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
